I have a voucher from my work for safety shoes. They do not carry wide safety shoes anymore. They don't really care because they get your money from the voucher. I will return my voucher and pay with my own money somewhere else that carries extra wide. Update... Boot World has reached out to me and are fixing this problem. Thank you Gil for working with me to come up with a solution.

Ariana ran back and forth, getting me different boots for a period of 3 days and a total of +/- 18 hrs. She did this all with a smile and great attitude, while I barked orders at her, trying to see if I could break her high spirit. She never did break, or even falter. My hat is off to her, nobody has ever made it though my shoe purchasing process before without some type of cognitive or emotional snap.

Excellent entertainment while you shop! The girls here are hysterical and so friendly. We should've been in and out but we had such fun shopping, we'll always shop and recommend this store. My daughter wants to go back everytime we get close...be back soon!

It may look like a limited inventory, but the inventory is very well organized and of a large variety from Dr. Martens to regular work boots. I got help from staff immediately and with zero problems throughout. Staff was knowledgeable and very helpful. We found the boots I wanted, I looked at a few other boots just not to rush things, then checked out without a hitch.

First and foremost I would like to thank Tyler who helped me out picking my Georgia boots… I work for the city of Oceanside and he didn’t know at the time but his exceptional customer service when I first stepped in even before he knew where I worked at was too notched.. He was very attentive to my field of work and had many good insights on different type of boot quality.. thanks bro and for sure I will be coming back here when I need more work shoes or boots in the future..

Went to get some safety shoes for work today and it was great experience! Mickey helped me and was very knowledgeable and informative. She helped me get an arch scan to assist in getting the right insoles, I really appreciate it (didn't even know that was a thing)! My shoes are now super comfortable, it really does help to get the correct insoles. Keep up the excellent work Mickey, great customer service!

Walked in to look at some steel toes. Very friendly staff who helped me pick out best choice for me, including custom insoles. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured. Great prices, great staff and a great selection. Thanks to Sam for help.

I had such a great experience at Boot World that I had to share! Kaitlyn made the entire process easy from start to finish. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and took the time to really understand what I was looking for. Her knowledge about the products (especially when it came to fit and comfort) really stood out, and I ended up with a pair of Uggs that are both super cute and feel amazing. It’s rare to find customer service that feels this genuine and attentive, and Kaitlyn truly went above and beyond. It made all the difference.

My husband needed work shoes so we came and it was such a good experience! Luis was so helpful and kind he helped us find the perfect fit ! They have several different options and they are so organized ! If you need work boots 🥾 this is the place for you ! We came On Tuesday evening and it was pretty slow so perfect time to come and get shoes ! Right off the highway and plenty of Parking 🅿️! Good prices !
